We are very excited to share information, stories, recipes, research, and fitness with everyone! Whether you are low carb, Ketogenic, LCHF, Atkins, Paleo, Primal. Everything will be discussed here in an open manner. We are not experts, and honestly many other blogs may have more extensive information. I read many of them daily. We started this as just way a for us to talk about these topics. If anyone comes across the site and wants to join in the discussion, fantastic. If not? That’s okay too.

I will be sharing my story, but just a little introduction first.  I got a wake up call about 7 months ago and started this journey. Though I mainly follow a Ketogenic diet (under 20 carbs per day), I fully support the paleo life style, and have been drifting that way over time.

I believe all these approaches are under the same umbrella and we can all learn a lot from each of the branches. We need to focus on all the things that work that we can all agree on, like the elimination of processed food and wheat, and buying more whole foods.

This is our first blog, and I am looking forward to it. I have extensive experience running and installing message boards, and that may be something we add in the future, but I believe the blogging format is the best way to start something like this.

Of course, it may turn out that no one ever reads this besides Wendy and I, and that is okay too. :)
